  • Learner's Name in Assamese (clear handwritten image)
  • Recent passport-size photograph
  • Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.)
All files must be clear, legible, and in PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG format. Maximum file size: 2MB.
