If your payment has been deducted from your bank account but you have not received a payment receipt, please follow the steps below:
Check Payment Status
- Visit the Download Receipt page on this website.
- Please search for your transaction by entering your Enrollment Number and Mobile Number.
- If the payment was successful, your receipt will be displayed and can be downloaded directly from that page.
If the Receipt Is Not Available
- Please wait 7 to 10 working days. In many cases, the transaction is processed within this period or the amount is automatically reversed by the bank.
- Kindly check your bank statement to confirm the transaction status.
